Unlike Southwest, Travelocity and/or the others, the name of this company
may be unfamiliar to you.
It is a high volume travel agency offering deeply discounted
rates to most overseas destinations.
Please note the following:
- The initial
confirmation you receive is not itself a ticket and will not be sufficient
for you to
board the airplane. It is simply a statement by the consolidator
saying that all of the segments
of the flight that you have requested are available for the price that has been quoted.
- At this point, your credit card payment will be accepted.
- Once
your credit card payment has been accepted, you will receive either
an email or letter
that restates your itinerary and price and includes
a ticket number. This should occur within
24 hours after payment is accepted.
- The telephone
help desk number that is listed is ours. In the event any assistance
is necessary
to complete your transaction, we should be the one to
contact.
- If you
do not receive your tickets within a week after the follow-up confirmation,
contact CTM.
Please do not wait until the last minute to call us.
- To protect yourself
against the unexpected, CTM strongly recommends reconfirmation of
reservations, seat assignments and meals 24 hours after receiving an electronic or paper
ticket confirmation and, once again, 24 hours prior to departure for last minute schedule
or flight
time changes.
- Personal credit
cards are accepted. Third-party University Purchasing or Ghost cards may not
be
accepted without CTM assistance.
- CTM assistance
is available during normal business hours, Monday through Friday,
9am to 5pm
Eastern time. CTM assistance is not a 24/7 helpline.
