Browsing: Our website does not collect any personally identifiable information from you just by browsing the pages in our site. Unless you knowingly provide us with information, we will not know your name, email address or other information. See below for more information about making a reservation and personal information.

All information that is collected/transmitted when booking a reservation through our automated system is done using secure socket layers (SSL) and is completely secure. It may not appear that way because of URL masking but CTM guarantees SSL is being used.
Internet Protocol (IP) Address: An IP Address is a number that is assigned to your computer every time you use the internet. Our servers and reporting programs log the IP Address of users on our website. We use that information to help diagnose any server problems and to see where people are viewing us from. Your IP Address is never connected with your name or other personal information.
Cookies: Our website uses cookies. Cookies are a string of text that are usually stored on your computer. Cookies enable our website to track your usage of the website. On some web pages we have third-party links that use persistent cookies. All third-parties are contractually bound to keep personal information confidential except when reporting to us on the users of our website. Cookies do not corrupt, damage or destroy your computer or computer files. You may set your browser preferences to reject cookies but this may limit what you are able to do on our website (and others).
Making Reservations/Information We Collect: When you make a reservation request, we ask you to voluntarily provide us with information such as your name, the names of those in your party, your phone number and email address. This information will be used to make your reservation, send confirmation and for other purposes related to your trip. We do not maintain a database of travelers for the purposes of marketing or other promotions.
E-mail: While we require the submission of your email address when making a reservation we do not send out promotional emails, informational emails or any other type of electronic communication. Your e-mail address will only be used for communication relevant to your travel.
CTM Use of Information: Information is only used for reporting purposes related to the campus that you are visiting. CTM does not use, sell, buy or loan lists of names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other types of information.
