- Choose the "Connect" program and use Promo Code or CDP: 254158. If accepted, the member wil receive a Welcome Kit including an Access Card, PIN and a member number enabling them to use Connect by Hertz cars located throughout Manhattan & Hoboken.
Reserve
- Online at www.connectbyhertz.com or by calling 877-654-4400.
- Members choose from a list of vehicle locations and block out the period of time they will need a vehicle.
Access
- Hold the member Access Card over the card reader to unlock the vehicle at the time of the reservation.
- Start the car by using the ignition key found in the docking station in the console or glove compartment.
Return
- Members must return the vehicle to the reserved parking area where it was picked up.
