The City-Pair statewide contract with Delta Air Lines, Inc. (SWC 30643) expired late 2007. The City-Pair statewide contract with Airtran expired February 29, 2008. The Georgia Department of Administrative Services, State Purchasing Division (SPD) worked with both entities to secure an improved statewide contract for this fiscal year. Regretfully, Delta and Airtran did not produce acceptable terms and conditions. As a result, the continuation of the City-Pair statewide contract will no longer be in the best interest of the State. |
