Do not change or delete the preset company code. On subsequent visits just click on "Reservations" to access the online booking tool (be sure to add to your favorites list).

Making a Reservation on the Web

If you are making a booking via web, please book via our exclusive UPENN booking page and follow directions for booking reservations, and/or setting up an account. Penn's special pricing is already factored into your generated rates.

Making a Reservation on the Phone

When making a reservation by phone, please call their toll free number @ 1-800-920-5466. When speaking to a customer service agent, please reference account code "UPENN."
